M&A - Programme Management
The CHALLENGE
As producer of medical technology for cancer-detection, Danish based Dako was acquired by US based Agilent Technologies. As part of the merger, there was a dire need to lift an FDA warning letter given in connection with an FDA inspection of the Danish site.
The solution
The project needed to establish a program office with efficient tools and reporting capabilities. This large scale project involved +100 project resources across the organization, and the responsibility included managing eight different work streams while minimizing the disruption to daily business as well as supporting the CEO in keeping the overview of challenges, risks and progress. The outcome was that the warning letter was successfully lifted.
Helle has a strong integrity and interacts well with people at all levels in the organization. She is good at managing and structuring complex tasks and securing that things get's done. Also, she quickly gets up-to-speed in a new area and is able to focus and prioritize.
